Today, i discovered a very special dessert in The Garden Mall call " Moo Cow Frozen Yoghurt". It is very tasty and healthy dessert. It taste like ice cream and slowly melt in your mouth until you cannot resist to take more... its contains three flavours which are original, wheat grass and also root beer. I have try mixture of original and wheat grass, its taste really impressed me as it's texture and flavour is different from stirrer yoghurt that i consume daily, it's taste more delicious than the common yoghurt. THE CURIOUS OF BENJAMIN BUTTON

“The curious case of Benjamin Button” is a  very special and meaningful movie. This film is directed by David Fincher and starred by Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. This story begins with a boy called Benjamin Button that is born with elderly man appearance with weak body. Benjamin mother’s died after giving birth, while, his father abandon him in a nursing home. The worker in nursing home called Queenie discover him and take a very good care to him. He is live with old folk peoples in nursing home and meets one six year old girl which named Daisy. They became a very good friend.  He is grows younger as time pass from old people to adult and then to teenager to children and finally became infant and died. This story focuses on Benjamin life and her love with Daisy.

HAPPY NEUROTRANSMITTER "SEROTONIN"

There is one interesting article that attract me today. It's title is Understand our bodies, Serotonin, the connection between food and mood. This article tell me how serotonin (neurotransmitter) affect our mood and eating behaviour. Apart from that, it also let me know how this neurotransmitter work in our brain and gut. This neurotransmitter is important in our body as it wil affect our mood. For those who are under stress or having problem with eating disorder should eat more food that high in serotonin as it has calming effect. The level of serotonin can be influence by sleeping behaviour and excercise as well as the diet containing folate, thiamin and trytophan.

Can you imagine how your life will change without colour..?Colour is important in our life. It is part of our lives. We are always influence and fascinated by different colour, however we always neglect their role as part of our lives. Research has shown that colours would affect our behaviour and moods. TOYS

Recently, I have been review one interesting science fiction novel with titled “Toys”. This novel was written by my interest author, his Chinese name is pronounced as “Ni Kuang”. This story is about the world of the future where human being is control by robot. They control human being by diminished oxygen on the earth where almost all living things in the earth were dead and the remaining survive human being became their toy. The reason behind of this tragedy is due to human being over depend to the robotic machine. This has lead to degeneration of brain activity of human being and as a consequence, robot became master of human being, and human being became pet or toy for robot. This novel impressed me so much due to its interesting and mysterious content.

KENDAMA

Last two day, I was accidentally encounter a very special and cute game in 100 Yen. It is a Japanese traditional game called “ Kendama”. It consists of a hammer like shaped handle with a string connected to a ball. This “Kendama” is made by wood, the end of the hammer contain spike, so the ball with a hole can fit on the spike. Other than that, the crosspiece of the hammer are concave, this shape enable it to catch the ball. This game can be play with many different techniques and is claimed as a game that can aid in concentration and perseverance. Here is the video that teach you how to play this game.
